Uterus is main reproductive organ. Situated in behind urinary bladder and in front of rectum, at pelvic floor.
When pelvic muscles and ligaments ar failed to hold uterus to its position and uterus bear down through vagina from it’s normal position is called utero- vaginal prolapse

2.after multiple vaginal delivery
3.heavy waight lifting
4.Chronic constipation
5.some times uterine fibroid
SYMPTOMS
1.continous sensation somthing coming out through vagina
2.pain in lower abdomen
3.A mass at the opening of vagina
4.frequent UTI
5.lower back pain
6.pain during sex
7.abnormal vaginal bleeding
8.frequent urging to urinate
Primarily this can be diagnosed clinically
