ADDISON’S DISEASE
It results from inadequate secretion of cortisol and / or aldosterone. Adrenal insufficiency and hypocortisolism is a long term endocrine disorder. Adrenal gland don't produce enough hormones.
TONGUE-TIE / ANKYLOGLOSSIA
Tongue-tie, which is also known as ankyloglossia. It is a congenital condition when a band of tissue connects the underside of the tongue to the floor of the mouth. The fold of tissue under the tongue where it's attached is called the frenulum ( FREN-yuh-lum).
ACUTE GLOMERULO NEPHRITIS/ POST STREPTOCOCCAL GN/ TYPE 1 NEPHRITIS/ ACUTE NEPHROTIC SYNDROME
is post streptococcal infective inflammatory process of glomerulus of the kidney leading to nephrotic syndrome characterised by _Periorbital edema_ _Oliguria_( Reduced frequency of micturation & quantity 24hours -300 ml below)
Ascites
It refer to abdominal swelling caused by accumulation of free fluid in Peritoneum. Often this is caused by liver disease
Acute rheumatic fever
Rheumatic fever is an acute immune mediated multisystem disease which primarily involves heart, joint, central nervous system, skin and subcutaneous tissue occured as a delayed sequel to Pharyngeal infection with group A Beta Haemolytic streptococci.
Appendicitis
It is the inflammation of appendix. Appendix is a narrow small pouch(4 inch) projected from intestine. It is situated at the junction of large intestine and small intestine. Basically it has no function but it produce antibody
